Lofty uproots the stump of a tree that was blown over in a storm. Dizzy is sad about this, especially after Bob teaches her why trees are important, but she cheers up after Lofty brings a new, young tree to plant in place of the original. Dizzy's Tree is the fourth Bob the Builder: Project: Build It short.
