For centuries, the fords of the Isen have been fought over as the gateway to Rohan, the only place large armies can cross the river. A young lord of the Rohirrim is drafted when the fords come under attack. The enemy soon strikes with full force, and though gravely wounded, he survives. Rohan's last bastion has fallen, and the enemy prepares to storm its unsuspecting people. Racing against time and hunted himself, he must warn his countrymen before it's too late.
